Email List Building (project-based)

Description

Scoop Robotix is on the hunt for a project-based Lead Generation / Email List Building contractor to assist the Marketing team in generating contacts for European companies.

We're pretty specific about the criteria we want to use when creating email lists and uploading contacts into our CRM database, so we'll definitely need someone who can follow our guidelines closely.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

(Email List Building)

We have a list of companies and require a trusted contractor to help us find contacts within those companies.

• Ensure that the companies provided in our list fit our ideal customer profileMin. 10+ employees (we do not want companies that are run by 1-2 people)
• Generate contacts for companies in Europe. We need contacts from the UK, Germany, Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, Spain, and more.
• Follow our list of criteria when building an email list:First Name, Last Name

Business Emails [no Gmail, Hotmail, AOL, Yahoo etc.,]Job Titles (we have strict criteria on the types of contacts we are looking for. Here is a list of the only job titles and roles that we accept)

• Generate new contacts that are not in our CRM database. We will provide a list of contacts we already have so you can exclude them in your research.(Company Generation)

We have research criteria for finding new companies that fit our customer profile. We need a contractor to help us research and find companies that match our criteria.

• Based on our ideal customer profile, find new companies that are not in out database. We will provide a list of companies we already have so you can exclude them in your research.

Administrative Responsibilities (Update CRM)

• Update company information such as, country, sector focus and functional focus. When we get organic leads, this information needs to be updated.
• Update contact information (when people change jobs or their emails have changed, this needs to be manually updated)
